A path-breaking Li-Ion battery system was developed by an international team of leading European companies:
- A highly modular system to be integrated in different automotive and heavy-duty applications with lightweight and cost-effective technologies was designed.
- The cooling system enables ultra-fast charging.
- Usage of different cooling media enhances the systems flexibility for different applications and reuse.
- New challenges in terms of safety and recyclability are addressed by the GHOST battery system.
